It took them 2 months to replace the engine. When we got the car back and drove it felt like it was sliding on ice. We took it back to the dealer and was told that it was the right shock. Kenny Lau was awesome. He found a common bond and worked with me without being forceful or pushy. He was understanding and didn’t use all of those sales tactics I hate.
