I asked them to change the horn from my old Soul to the new Soul they only removed the old horn. The clamed they'd had to take the front bumper off the new one to do the swoop. I did it just by taking the bottom dust cover off and did at home in 45 minutes. I could have done it faster if I had a lift. After buy my forth Kia here you'd think they'd do it for me. More

Will never buy from Fuccillo again. Vehicle had a missing brake light and back-up light. Also missing socket for the light.
