Our vehicle was at your shop for THREE MONTHS, while we still had to PAY our monthly payments and you still didn’t even fix the car correctly. Do you make it a habit of accusing customers of things? What a terrific experience I had with Fuccillo Kia. After getting the run around from local dealers in my area I saw Fuccillo had the exact model I wanted nearly 3 hours away from me. After putting in an inquiry, Billy called me back and was able to do the price I was looking for. I worked with Andrew during my visit who is terrific! I ended up getting to the dealership early and he was a bit busy but was able to start the test drive and paperwork saving us some time. He made the whole process super painless and relaxed and I doubt I'll have a better experience at any other dealer. Lastly, their Covid-19 set up made us feel extremely safe as all the tables were very separated and everyone was wearing a mask. I am extremely happy with the quality of service and with our 6 hour round trip I would absolutely do it all over again. Thank you Andrew and Billy for the car of our dreams! More
