Had oil change, rotate tires and cooling system done. Personnel very helpful. Service done in a little over estimated time. Very pleased that car was sanitized before he would let me have the car. Disappointed with lack of adherence to Covid regulations, esp masks. Customers are required, but apparently not so much for staff and GM didn't have one on the entire 5 or 6 hours we were there. Finance also did NOT give price option without added warranty/gap coverage. I would have taken them, but really should be given an option, now paying $75 a month more than I wanted to, but that's not the point. Course then again didn't get a choice of banks either like I have in the past, possibly based on my credit but who knows cause I wasn't told anything. Andrew was our salesperson, in a way. Really didn't answer many questions or show us the car much, maybe if he did I would have realized beforehand this car doesn't have cruise control which I thought would really be standard for cars now. Did keep us waiting without an explanations on what was taking so long-- we were in for seriously 5 or 6+ hours. All in all I won't be a return customer. More
