The service department was speedy and very helpful. I needed a QUICK fix and I got one. Missing a cover on my consul for the manual shift override. Called the towing company who blamed the dealershi I needed a QUICK fix and I got one. Missing a cover on my consul for the manual shift override. Called the towing company who blamed the dealership service department. No one wants to claim ownership and I don't want to have to eat the cost. The Kia family has always treated me well - so this is a situation in progress. LOVE my KIA Crew!! More
