Always well taken care of Pulled in with my Sorrento and head into service and greeted. Exchanged keys and info and waited. In a decent time frame, tires rotated, oil changed and fluids topped and car computer updated. My car was not purchased from Fuccillo this time around rather Destination and they could not fit me in. I had to hear technicians were down and even though my service reminder was never set and I was over a lot for my oil change, they could still not fit me in. I was told go to a Jiffy Lube! I immediately called Fuccillo because for the past 3 years with my first Sorrento, they never let me down and sure enough they still have not! Love it-thank you for fitting us in so my family and I could travel the next day on vacation with my mind at ease. More
