Well, they made an offer which was agreed to, only to then need to go to the GM who reduced that figure by $1,000. Obviously, a typical car dealership deceitful tactic. Well, it was disturbing enough that I sent an email to the GM, who is also the owner. Guess what, he didn't even respond. This dealership, despite their rhetoric, is no different than any other dealership. More
