I had a very good experience at Matthew Motors last weekend. John met me soon after I got out of my car and started looking around to see what was on the lot. When he spoke to me, he said my name. I wa weekend. John met me soon after I got out of my car and started looking around to see what was on the lot. When he spoke to me, he said my name. I was wondering at first how do he know my name, then realized that my name was on my license plate. He was warm and friendly. Later that day, I met Tim. He was funny which made my long wait not too bad. I met Ashley the next day back to the lot and she, too, was friendly. I thank all of you guys for what you did for me. The only negative thing that I didn't like too good was the extra money needed for my down payment. Otherwise, everything was great. I had talked with someone else at another car lot for almost 5 or 6 days, but I didn't get anywhere. I was great pleased with Matthew Motors because they gave me excellent customer service . Ashely was great in making sure I was taken care of and making sure I had a car to drive when mine was being serviced me excellent customer service .
