I stayed in the office for several hours, but Robert was very patient and engaging during this whole time period. Robert listened to my needs and concerns and found a vehicle for me that would be reliable, able to fit my family, affordable and I don't know how he did it, but found something that fit my personality. I would recommend Matthew's Motors to anyone, regardless of their current credit situation (note: if your credit is challenged, you may have to stay in the office a little longer, but it WELL worth the wait). The vehicle I purchased was a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited. More

Don't make the same mistake I did.. I suffered through an issue with I had with my MM car for two years. Why I never contacted Mr. Matthews directly I do not know but I sure wish I had. Mr. Matthews solved my problem in less than a week. He was easy to talk to; even at my highest level of frustration. Straight forward and he cared about my issue….everything opposite of what I had felt for the last two years. While he may not be able to make everyone happy, it is worth the time to speak with him and give him a chance to try. I only wish I had done it sooner. I would recommend anyone take the time to talk to Mr. Matthews if you have a problem. He stands behind his cars, even after two years. More

The sales, service after the sale, and efforts to ensure a satisfied customer should be the "Gold Standard" for the industry! In our 21-year relationship with Matthews Motors, our extended family has purchased in excess of 18 vehicles of all styles (sports cars, sedans, pickups, vans), and VERY few have ever caused us problems. In the very few instances in which we did encounter problems after the sale, Matthews Motors went far above and beyond in making things right, even though (at least to us), it seemed they were losing money by doing so. Most recently purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser, and after a while had starting trouble. Returned it to the dealership, and 20 minutes later drove away with a new battery - "No charge, sir." The sales staff is top-notch, the Service Department is knowledgeable, and "service after the sale" is second to none. We cannot recommend Matthews Motors highly enough for all your quality used-car needs! More
