2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser I have lost count of the number of vehicles our family has purchased from Matthews Motors over the past 21 years. Suffice it to say, it is a LOT! Every transaction was better than the one before, and this one was quicker than most. Some minor cosmetic work was needed on the left rear bumper, and I was asked to return today with the vehicle so it could be properly detailed. Excellent service, outstanding people! Helped get me a very good deal for a wonderful car! I went into Matthews Motors just to see what they were about. My son and daughter in law had just purchased from them six weeks ago and they told me I went into Matthews Motors just to see what they were about. My son and daughter in law had just purchased from them six weeks ago and they told me about their deal. The lifetime warranty made the deal whether I bought there or a new car. I felt I was getting a better deal getting lifetime coverage that is something you don't get with a new car. My salesman was Campbell he was very professional and answered all questions I had and sold me immediately. I went from there over to Murph for paper work. He was very informative and prompt getting us in and out. The whole dealership was very friendly and inviting I will be recommending it to my fronds. Best Experience Ever!!!!! I am in a current Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and didn't think I could get a vehicle without it being discharged. I sent in an inquiry over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning to do a credit application. I received a call back rather quickly and learned they were able to get me approved. I met with Kim Miller and she was very helpful and understanding with my needs. I was able to get a vehicle that I liked, with the payment I was looking for! The staff was great and would recommend them to anyone with not so great credit!!!! BTW, the vehicle was a 2015 Volkswagen Passat! More
