Family Freindly, Sales with a smile, driving away happy. Matthews Motors is a great place to buy a vehicle I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang convertible from Matthews Motors and I couldn't be happier about the experience. Robert Walker helped me wit I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang convertible from Matthews Motors and I couldn't be happier about the experience. Robert Walker helped me with my purchase and was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a quick and pain free experience. There were some hangups with the vehicle I purchased; the hydraulic cylinders that control the convertible roof were actually messed up when I purchased the vehicle (something that they really couldn't have a way of knowing at the time of the sale). The convertible top ended up getting stuck a few days after purchase and all I had to do was call Matthews Motors and they completely took care of the situation. They sent someone out that day from Auto Interiors and Tops (Raleigh NC) to get the top down for me so I wouldn't suffer any water damage. That was just a temporary fix tho, I had to put the car in the shop for 8 days to have the problem completely fixed and Matthews Motors not only covered the repair costs but also loaned me a vehicle free of charge to drive while I was out of my vehicle. I would recommend Matthews Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, they really do care about you as a customer and stand behind their sales 100%. They are friendly, caring, and very professional. You won't go wrong making a purchase at Matthew's Motors. More

From the first time I was contacted until I actually went in to the dealership, someone was constantly in contact with me trying to make sure things were in order by the time I got there. Alan Critcher was whom I dealt with and he was amazing. He was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. He was very entertaining as well.
