I couldn't have asked for more! I went to Matthews based on the referral of a former employee and because of Mr. Matthews' advertising at Wolfpack football. I also knew that I wanted to buy pre-owned, and if possible, I wanted to keep my business in JoCo. I wasn't fully expecting to purchase the day I did, but knew that I needed an SUV for fit my family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids). I fully believe I was sent to Matthews for a reason. Not only was my associate (Murph) knowledgable, engaging, and personable, but he treated me like true family. I never felt pressured to get more or bigger -- Murph respected my family's needs and helped me with my buying decision. He gave me time to make my decision. I was able to trade in a car that had safely taken me and two of my bebes all over the place for nearly 10 years, and drove away in an immaculate SUV that EXCEEDS my hopes and expectations. As a mom, I want safety and practicality; as a woman, I want creature comforts. I am over-the-moon with my purchase and the service I received. I will be a Matthews-Family member for life! More

Cannot get any better than Matthews Motors I am truly impressed with this fine dealership. Robert and Kim were like the nicest people on earth. I really was going through a tough time and in 15 I am truly impressed with this fine dealership. Robert and Kim were like the nicest people on earth. I really was going through a tough time and in 15 minutes I was approved for a 2012 Toyota Camry, like new. This is one place where u will not spend all of your day sitting in the dealership, instead you are in and out. The staff is really pleasant, they care about their customers as I received numerous calls after my purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Never got this treatment from other dealerships. When I got there, he made me feel like family. Talking and laughing with he and Dallas was like being at a family reunion. Robert and Dennis went above and beyond to get my husband and I, a car that we could afford and that would fit our family's needs. Robert was a blessing to us. In my time of need I had 2 problems...I needed a second car and I hate going to dealerships :). Family friends, Greg and Shante Gray, recommended Matthews on Saturday so we paid the dealership a visit. I was shocked and amazed it a good way. Murph was my salesperson and he is great. He is very honest, no hard pressure sales tactics and he works with you. Chuck is also amazing because he worked very hard to get payments I could afford and last but definitely not lease, there is Dennis. Murph, Chuck and Dennis are courteous and approachable. No more car shopping for me...Matthews is my new dealership. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, very clean with low mileage...my friends saw it is made for me :).
