Friendly service with above average customer service I went to Matthews Morris with bad credit, doubtful I would be able to get a new car. Mike was great Mike did a great job helping put me into my Subaru Forester! He even offered us pizza while we waited. I am not going to sugar coat this, but I had a great experience until I brought in my trade in 2 days later. Mike was busy with a phone call and customer, so I looked around and I asked 2 gentlemen for a screw driver to take off my old plates. Instead of helping me, one of the men asked me "who is your salesmen?" and I told him "Mike, but he's busy," and his reply was "go ask him." I patiently waited for Mike and then he eagerly met my simple request. Again, Mike is great :) I found that a bit rude and some of the employees should be trained on customer service, even when I'm not their particular customer. More
