I had been to another dealership (DT) and they were horrible, they had a push the car out mentality and who cares what happens to the care or customer afterwards. When I met with Dennis, he put me at ease and made me understand so I could make an educated decision on what I was going to do. He was open and honest. There was no BS involved and I really appreciated that. I've been in sales for over 20 years and come by very few companies that value the "client" as much as I do. I have very high expectations on service and when I find a company that has the same value system as I do, I make sure everyone knows how good they really are.
