He listen very well and was able to help my son see how he could purchase a car not all the reason he was not able to purchase a car. He also was very pleasant to me and respectful in helping me to apply while at work. When you have obstacles in the way it is good to have someone help you remove them and that is what Mr. Severino did he helped to remove any obstacles and the result is my son is now driving the car he wanted. I had seen the dealership before since it is right across from Clayton High School and is on the way home from most places we go in Clayton. When I started car shopping, I saw an ad/car listing for Matthews Motors and saw a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I navigated their website to find more information and then went to the dealership. I told Robert what vehicle I was looking for and he brought me right to it and let me test drive it right away. He made everything easy, was friendly, and had great customer service skills. When he handed me over to Victoria to finish things up, she was great as well. Once again things were simple and the conversations were friendly. I am glad I chose Matthews Motors for my first vehicle purchase and would highly recommend them to anybody shopping around for a vehicle! More

The Second Time Around This was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Mathew Motors. The 1st experience was under somewhat embarassing circumstances back in 2012. My wife This was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Mathew Motors. The 1st experience was under somewhat embarassing circumstances back in 2012. My wife and I had just filed for bankruptcy and turned the car we had back ot the bank. A friend told us about Mathew Motors and suggested we check them out. I thought that no one was going to sell us car with our circumstances. Also at the same time we received a letter in the mail from Victoria Godwin indicating that Mathew Motors understood our circumstances and wanted to help rebuild our credit. Between the recommendation from a friend and Victoria's letter we made an appointment and made our 1st visit. Gloria was gracious and took time to listen to our story. She helped us narrow down our search on a car and we chose and purchased a 2005 Toyota Sienna. Gloria was very confident during the process and helped restored our confidence. A little over a year later, our financial circumstances improved. The need for a second car came into play and I contemplated what I would look for in a car. With the past weighing on my mind the thought of going back to Matherw Motors pop up. The first experience was so positive for us that I thought I would go and visit a see what cars they had on the lot. Ona rainy Sunday the wife and I cruised through the lot and I spotted a red 2009 Toyota Matrix. A very nice looking car. By the time I got back with Mathew Motors the car was SOLD. I received an email from Mike Frischman inviting us to come and check them out as they were having a drive to sale a certain number of cars iin a short period of time and wanted the opportunity to meet us and help us in any way he could. I contacted Mike and informed him of what I was looking for and dissapointed that the little red car was no longer on the lot. Mike perfectly knew what we were looking for and our past circumstances. Of all the cars on the lot he presented us with a 2014 Nissan Versa. Mike was very knowledgable, astute and very warm and friendly. I was not expecting to take a car home that evening, but we did, the 2014 Nissan Versa. Great little car and will truely meet our needs. So for the 2nd time around another great experience. Thank you Mike and Gloria for making both experiences with Mathew Motors and very pleasurable experience. I highly recommend giving Mathew Motors the opportunity to assist with your automotive needs.
