I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingne professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingness to take accountability for their mistakes. After several visits and countless excuses, my car is still not functioning properly. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it seems they are more focused on avoiding responsibility than actually fixing the problem. I expected much better service, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership if they want to avoid the same frustration. More
