Clueless service I was told they had certified vw mechanics. Took car and left while on vacation for diagnostics, brakes and oil change. Came back 5 days later and wen I was told they had certified vw mechanics. Took car and left while on vacation for diagnostics, brakes and oil change. Came back 5 days later and went to pick car up. No work done and no phone call from service except started changing spark plugs becsusecrecommended service for miles. The tech couldn’t find tire key which was in glove box. Really? The service Mgr was able to find. I did finally receive phone call from manager as to what could be done to regain their service. I said nothing and took to Clayton imports which had great service and I would highly recommend More
