First service experience My first time going in to have my car serviced. I was advised that it would take approximately two hours. I told them I had two toddlers with me so I My first time going in to have my car serviced. I was advised that it would take approximately two hours. I told them I had two toddlers with me so I wanted to make sure it was done all at one time. My kids and I went across the street to McDonald's and waited there for the two hours. When we came back the van was never moved. I give you my keys to a service associate however he never delivered them to the department and they are for I had to wait a digital time just to get the oil change and was not able to get the detailing. There was very poor communication amongst the staff. More
