Carlos did a great job in explaining the extra warranty they offered (which I had not intended to purchase) however after listening to Carlos and thinking about it overnight we decided to purchase the extra warranty. Anthony and Brian in sales are phenomenal to work with(they tagged teamed my last purchase) Amy in finance is also amazing to work with and Pete in service (service writer or service manager) is amazing at what he does as well. Also forgot to mention Val whom I believe is a manager or the GM, he is very professional and genuinely makes you feel like he wants your business and he will give you the best offer on trades. Overall Matthews is my go to for sales and service, a big dealer that feels much smaller, they remember your name and don’t forget about you after you close a sale. Best Inventory!! Called Matthews Motors, Clayton to ask about inventory. Had a 13 Challenger on the lot. Took less than 30 minutes had a answer for approval and it was Called Matthews Motors, Clayton to ask about inventory. Had a 13 Challenger on the lot.
