She offered us a drink and snacks. She was very knowledgeable about the automobiles and answered our questions very humbly and straight forwardly. She also had a very good sense of humor. I was more than satisfied with my visit to Matthews Motor and also with the vehicle that my husband and I purchased. Yes, I would recommend anyone to this car dealership. Awesome Service I had completed a bankruptcy and had not received my discharge letter but was given a price range from my attorney of car to purchase. When contacted I had completed a bankruptcy and had not received my discharge letter but was given a price range from my attorney of car to purchase. When contacted several dealerships within the RDU-area was told needed the discharge letter. However, I had spoken to someone about my situation some weeks ago and mentioned how Matthews Motors would help me get a car. So I decided to contact them . That weekend a response some said our bankruptcy specialist will assist you in getting discharge letter so you can get a car. That was Sunday. On that Monday, salesman showed me a car ready to take home within price range but could not drive a stick shift on that evening a manager called me back and said how soon can you get back here, I said Tuesday morning. I was given great advice by William to start the wheels rolling on this ride. Then thru a few phone calls, and text messages William repeatedly asked what I wanted, so I gave him my request for a Dodge Charger. He told me to stop. Entering the equation is the "Wonderful Kimberly". Very helpful, straight forward to assist with this journey. As a previous customer of Matthews Motors I never expected anything other that a Great Experience. Well with William and Kimberly''s help it was the quickest, easiest transaction I have ever completed.
