We had such a great experience at Matthew’s Motors in Wilmington. I give all the credit to Terrence. He was outstanding start to finish. He got us exactly what we wanted. Usually buying a car can be a very stressful experience. Terrence made it so easy. I had to take my two small children along for the process. He made sure they were occupied with crayons and pictures. He was personable and respectful. He made the whole process fun and so much easier than at other dealerships. We have a beautiful car that the entire family is crazy about. We will definitely be back to do business with Matthew’s Motors. Most especially Terrence. Sold our car on 9/11 and have not received payment. They finally paid the bank loan, but owe us about $2500. Tried to call and they said the one person who handles that stuff was out for the next week. They finally paid the bank loan, but owe us about $2500. Since the start there has been very poor communication on their part. More
