Fucillo never wants to budge and help the customer! They just want to nickel and dime you to death. Go in to have battery checked and they come back with....you need a new air filter- $30, oh, we can clean just want to nickel and dime you to death. Go in to have battery checked and they come back with....you need a new air filter- $30, oh, we can clean your battery terminals for $40. You should put new battery terminals on your +&- connections $104. Battery is only 30 months old. Bought my Rogue brand new from them but bumper to bumper warranty out after 3yrs or 36k miles. Have bought 4 vehicles from Fucillo Hyundai in the last 12 years. Won't buy from either of them ever again!! Jr. is just as bad as Sr. More
I have had now two great experiences at Fucillo Nissan. Took my car in for oil change and inspection and walked out with a new car! After speaking with service I figured I wouldn’t be anywhere near getting Took my car in for oil change and inspection and walked out with a new car! After speaking with service I figured I wouldn’t be anywhere near getting a new vehicle but figured I’d ask them to do up a mock deal “just to see” and the general manager set me up with a sales guy and I was walking out with a new car 4 hours later! Will definitely be returning when it’s time for my next vehicle! More
