Playing us for a fool Sent my wife in to have a inspection done. Made an appointment. 4 hrs later,fail. They ripped our wiper 1/2 way down the wiper and said bad front breaks and rotors. With all the rain we have been getting we would know if our wiper was bad. Break pads were 50% of life. Rotors were ok. Not to mention we bought the car on Agust 31st. 2018. They charged us for an inspection they never did. So this was supposed to be free. Nope, finance said it wasn't there problem. So pissed right now because I can't stand wasting my time, gas and lying. Marc Spatola And Mike Pannozza Are great guys! Not liking service dept. If I can't send my wife in to get things done and they take advantage. More

Constant problems Fucillo Nissan and Nissan I had my wheel bearing fixed back in August after going to a shop where they said I needed two wheel bearings they only fixed one. Now this week they I had my wheel bearing fixed back in August after going to a shop where they said I needed two wheel bearings they only fixed one. Now this week they had to replace both (including the one they already fixed) the wheel bearings have worn on my front brakes and them having to take them in and out so many times are ruining my brakes. So now I need front brakes so for my 2 year old car I will have had my wheel bearing replaced 3x and front and back brakes replaced! Thank you for nothing Nissan I won’t be buying another one of your cars! I can’t wait for 6 months from now when I have to come back to have my wheel bearing replaced again since you keep using the same product that continues to fail! More

Bought a new vehicle Love the vehicle, but the salesman never went over the features as he had to head to Watertown to pickup some paperwork. The outside of the car still Love the vehicle, but the salesman never went over the features as he had to head to Watertown to pickup some paperwork. The outside of the car still had plastic on it and the windows inside were filthy. The salesman said all the plastic would come off when I washed it. If it wasn't 7;00pm at night and I hadn't waited to hours to pick it up, I would have rejected the vehicle. They sell volume, but I'm not happy that I had to clean a brand new car!!!!! More
