Dissappointed I took my car in because it had a rubbing sound. The service department suggested I get my brakes cleaned and that that could be the culprit. I had my brakes cleaned and happen to have my radio off after I left and noticed that the rubbing was still there. So I made a second appointment to find out what was going on. So I took it in they tightened up something in the front of the vehicle I don't recall what it was and said that the rubbing noise had stopped. I decided to double check, I had my radio off and started to drive off the parking lot and I heard a rubbing noise. I took the vehicle back in told the technician that there was still a rubbing noise... I believe it was Nick. He got in the vehicle with me and we drove around a bit and verified that there was still rubbing noise and this time it was coming from the back. So they took the car back in and determined that was a wheel cylinder that had to be replaced. They did not have the parts so I had to schedule a third appointment. They said they would call me when the parts came in. They did not. After not hearing from them for almost a week, I called the service department to verify if indeed the parts that come in and they had. At that point, I made an appointment to bring the car in. On the 3rd appointment they replace the part and there was no more rubbing noise. While I appreciate the very good customer service that you typically provide, I was very disappointed that the problem wasn't diagnosed sooner and that the gentlemen that worked on the car wasn't more thorough...taking the time to really listen to make sure that the rubbing sound had been alleviated. Also, when the parts did come in, I was not notified so it took longer than it should ... 3 attempts to get the car actually repaired. Slow down, be meticulous in making sure repairs are complete and follow through to the end including follow up calls to minimize time & multiple trips. Thank you. More
