The service staff are very friendly and I like that I can call or email Fucillo Nissan service department and I can get an appointment when I need to. The service staff are very friendly and throughly explains what the car needs for service. They keep me updated on the status of the servicing as I wait in a comfortable lounge area. They will look for ways ie coupons to save some money on the servicing. More

Bad service Brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. They failed it due to rear brakes needing service. When asked if they could service the brakes the rep s Brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. They failed it due to rear brakes needing service. When asked if they could service the brakes the rep said no because it’s seized up. Seemed pretty ridiculous to me and saying I currently lease from them and their just going to leave me hanging. So I left and later noticed they put I refused the brake service on the paperwork. I brought my vehicle somewhere else and they changed the pads and replaced a caliper and it passed inspection. Mind you I have a 2015 Nissan with 20,000 miles on it. Service department is a joke!!! More
