Damage to my vehicle while at Fucillo and a third party I took my car in for reapplication of rust proofing. When I came back to get my car there was a mark and some crinkles in my rear bumper indicating t I took my car in for reapplication of rust proofing. When I came back to get my car there was a mark and some crinkles in my rear bumper indicating that someone had hit my car. When I asked the service person about it he took it back in to have the scuff removed. I waited about 15 minutes and he came back to get me. The scuff was still there and it is still evident that someone hit my car. He told me he would check the cameras and get back to me. It has been over 2 days now and I have heard nothing. I am very upset and hope that someone notifies me soon about what caused the damage. The damage is visible and I feel that I am due some sort of compensation. I will be calling later today.....After seeing this review, the dealer called me and set up a time to have the car fixed. Hopefully things will work out better this time. More
