What an amazing experience! I called in the around 9 in the morning to make an appointment because my vehicle was making a "crunching" noise when you turned the wheel. I was expecting to be told it'll be a couple days before they could get me in. Much to my surprise they were able to get me in at 11 that day I called. There was a girl names Samantha that drove my car into the bay and asked if I brought my car in because of the noise she heard. I said "yes". She advised me it would be about 45 minutes and she would let me know what was happening. In the meantime my toddler and I could go inside to wait. There was a children's room, TV, coffee and popcorn available for us. She came back to let me know what was wrong with the car and that it would be a couple hours before the repairs would be complete on my vehicle so she offered me a loaner vehicle until mine was done. Samantha was amazing! She made this trip so easy for me. I was so nervous coming in unsure what is wrong with my car, unsure how long I would be there waiting, how much was this going to cos? All of these thoughts racing through my mind all while having a toddler in tow. Outstanding service! I have never been happier with a dealership like I was with Fuccillo Nissan! More
