First Service experience your representative met me at the entrance and promptly opened the service door. He took it from there and called me in less than an hour when the car was ready. I was impressed when he accompanied me out to the lot to show me where the "LIttle Rogue" was parked. I regret that I am poor at remembering names. Will pay more attention the next time. More
Worst car buying experience of my life! Only a week after I purchased the car which was advertised with rain sensing wipers (a big selling point), I realized they did not work. When I reached out to Fuccillo Nissan as soon as I learned of the malfunction, I was rudely told how it "was a used car, and you can't expect it to be perfect", but I could bring the car in and pay for it to be repaired. The least Nissan could do was cover the cost to fix something I had bought broken, that was indeed advertised on the car. At this point it was very clear to me that Nissan is strictly about the sale and not the customer. I felt rushed into the sale, got rushed into a back room to talk about my financing, which was really a warranty sales pitch and when I kindly declined- the man's demeanor changed entirely, he became short, snappy and downright rude. To add to this experience, my salesperson "Peter" was not only very unprofessional but also belittling. I would never buy another car from here, and definitely regret the only purchase I have ever made there. More

I called earlier in the day to schedule and appt. when I arrived I was greeted by Sam Ryder who was my sales consultant. he was extremely helpful answering all my questions, getting me financed and securing all the documents needed and I drove off 2.5 hours later with my 2016 Nissan Rogue. A refreshing experience with a car dealership! After spending a couple of weeks looking for a used car for my daughter, it was a refreshing experience to go to Fucillo Nissan! I saw some vehicles I was interested in online and connected with Karen George who was extremely helpful. I was greeted at the door when I walked in, and Karen came out to meet me. She connected me with Ernest Brown and I felt at ease right away. I feel Ernie listened to me and I wasn't given a lot of the usual mumbo-jumbo that happened at the other dealerships I had been to. I ended up buying a 2014 Nissan Versa for my daughter that day! When I went to pick up the car, the paperwork with minimal and easy and I was treated with respect. It was a wonderful relaxed experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Totally Pleased! Did some pre scouting and online searches. When we started at Fuccillo Nissan we were interested in a 2015 Equinox, which was at this dealership or a Did some pre scouting and online searches. When we started at Fuccillo Nissan we were interested in a 2015 Equinox, which was at this dealership or a new 2016 Rogue. I went in to speak with Karen George who was the internet contact and was greeted at the door by two perfect gentlemen. Ernie introduced himself and went to get Karen. Karen and I talked and she said Ernie would be glad to assist us. I told Ernie I would like to see the Carfax on the Equinox. Ernie said he would get me the keys so we could look the car over and he would get the Carfax while we were doing that. Shortly after he had the Carfax and asked if we had any questions. We then took a test drive in the Equinox and Ernie asked if we would like to test drive the Rogue because he knew of our interest in vehicles thru Karen. We were then introduced to Mark and asked if we would mind if Mark joined because he is training, no problem. We then test drove the Rogue and decided to go new because of Nissan's Zero Percent Financing. The rest of the process was painless. Our car came out perfectly clean, inside and out when prepped because the Rogue we selected was in the lot because we did not want the interior color that was on the vehicle we test drove and the one we selected still had the plastic wrap on it. We did not have the time to completely go over all the cars new functions because of a prior commitment which was not any fault of the dealership so they said just come back tomorrow and we'll do it then, which is what we did and Mark went over everything completely. Mark might be in training but he also is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this dealership and personnel, everyone was friendly and pleasant! More
