LIED TO You know when you spend almost 20,000,00 for something especially a vehicle you drive everyday with your family inside, you expect a dealership to be You know when you spend almost 20,000,00 for something especially a vehicle you drive everyday with your family inside, you expect a dealership to be honest with you. Well this was not my experience. I specifically ask if there are any recalls on the vehicle you expect them to tell you. I was told by the sale person "SCOTT" that there were none. I got a recall letter in the mail went to my local Kia service center they told me there were 3 recalls. 2 of which were there when I purchased the vehicle. And after I got the vehicle I found out the fluids none of them had been filled. Also They had no gas in this vehicle and it was not cleaned. If this is the way Fuccillos does business I suggest you go to another dealership. They are dishonest and do not care about there customers and get this I called to complain about finding out about the recalls and ask to speak with the manager I was told he was with a customer and he would call me back HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Totally disrespect for one of their customers. More
