Bad experience I went here for snow tires because this is where I bought my car from. I scheduled my first appointment to have them put on as I was told the blizzaks I went here for snow tires because this is where I bought my car from. I scheduled my first appointment to have them put on as I was told the blizzaks would fit my car though they are slightly bigger. Show up for the appointment to be called 2 hours later saying the tires are too big and u will have to reschedule and buy different tires. They had none in the right size so I had to wait another week for them to come in and was promised if they were not there by my appointment they themselves would drive and get the tires. The day before my appointment they called to cancel my appointment yet again because the tires were not in and there was nothing they could do. Now I have to reschedule yet again another week out and hope the tires would be in by then. Luckily they were there this time, I'm just annoyed that this is a dealership that sells this car and they didnt know a tire wouldn't fit and set me back 3 weeks on getting tires... More

PERFECT! I arrived at Fucillo’s, the overhead door opened, I drove in. A young gal greeted me and took me to the service desk. Because my vehicle was going t I arrived at Fucillo’s, the overhead door opened, I drove in. A young gal greeted me and took me to the service desk. Because my vehicle was going to be awhile, they had a driver take me to Target so I could shop. They called and told me my vehicle was ready and if I was ready, they would send the driver to pick me up. I’m from a small community and I felt like I was queen for a day. Everyone I had contact at Fuccillo’s was so helpful and so friendly. Everything was perfect!! More
