I have been a loyal customer for many years and I wanted the Nissan rogue for little to no money down and I was told I had to put $2000 down no bargaining. Our deals are on trucks right now. Well I don’t wanna truck I wanted an SUV!!! The information that will gave me and the removal of my car starter was incorrect which led to further stress on me. Overall I have a new card that I do love not sure how it’s going to be on my back as I told Will I had six back surgeries and really wanted the Rogue because it was easier to get in and out of. My daughter strongly encouraged me to go to Maguire after being with you guys for several years. I’ll be back in three years and I’ll decide then what to do next time More

Not entirely satisfied Brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation. I asked the technician to address the low pressure warning on all tires. When I got the vehicle home, I realized the tire pressure in all 4 tires was still at 27/28 psi. This will require another trip for me. Inconvenient. More
Very poor service Waited a long time at service desk to drop off car and get loaner. Drove from university area to and from dealer on a bad snow day and wasted 3 hours Waited a long time at service desk to drop off car and get loaner. Drove from university area to and from dealer on a bad snow day and wasted 3 hours for nothing. Loaner car brought to me covered with ice and snow. Was promised car back Tuesday if I drive out there on my day off and changed plans-didn’t get Car Wednesday. Was told I’d get a call on Tuesday letting me know what was going on-I was never called. Had to cancel appointment on Wednesday cause no car seat in loaner. Found out car was driven to auburn and back for starter. Mileage put on my car and my gas used. Was told if I didn’t return loaner it was $7 per gallon charge. I would never recommend this service center. . I talked to the manager about all this and his answer was more or less”oh”. It’s a shame because buying my car was a great experience. I guess once you’ve bought a car the great experience is over when dealing with the service center. More
