I recently bought my son a car and wanted to get it checked out so I took it to Fuccillo Nissan. Gina the service advisor was fantastic. They checked out the car and let me know some issues and they we checked out so I took it to Fuccillo Nissan. Gina the service advisor was fantastic. They checked out the car and let me know some issues and they were able to correct the problem and gave me some advice on future service that would help me prolong the vehicles life. Very satisfied! Moved here from FL went to this dealership NYS insp. & plate chg on 2 vehs, took 1hr 45 mins, tried to chrg $60 for a lic. Bracket we were told would cost $30. Only reason for 2* is they ended up waiving plate chg on 2 vehs, took 1hr 45 mins, tried to chrg $60 for a lic. Bracket we were told would cost $30. Only reason for 2* is they ended up waiving that chrg. When it's time to turn in our 2 leased vehs it won't be at this dealership! Horrible! More

This place is terrible! I have been waiting for a new bed liner for my truck for over 2 months! I have had nothing but problems with my 2018 Murano. It’s been back 7 times in less than 2 years for various issues. Today they told my my rotors were rusted and bad, the vehicle has 27,000 miles on it. As f been back 7 times in less than 2 years for various issues. Today they told my my rotors were rusted and bad, the vehicle has 27,000 miles on it. As far as I’m concerned Nissan makes a crappy product! I’ve always had Hondas and had up to 96,000 miles without any brake issues. This is the third time this year my Marano has been back at the dealership for brake problems. I will never buy another Nissan. The service manager never even took the time to discuss my issue with me, after he told me he would a few days ago. More
