Very bad I failed my inspection because i was told that the back brakes were put on backwards and that i had to pay $89 to switch them so i could pass inspecti I failed my inspection because i was told that the back brakes were put on backwards and that i had to pay $89 to switch them so i could pass inspection. Dismissed as a customer as soon as I signed paperwork. First off. I love my new car. Issues I had were the salesman knew nothing about the car or questions I had about the car. In “selling” the car to me my salesman’s pitch was if I didn’t buy it I basically was stupid. He threw out slot of lies to get me to talk the deal with them and fill out paperwork. Then once it went to finance everything changed. I get they are out for commission but honesty is what will get people to come back. More

Another great experience! Mandel is such a great guy! I have worked with him for my last few leases and feel so comfortable with him. I had to bring my 2 year old grandson with Mandel is such a great guy! I have worked with him for my last few leases and feel so comfortable with him. I had to bring my 2 year old grandson with me at the beginning and Mandel was SO good with him. Once we got to choosing my vehicle , he was knowledgeable and very helpful.
