Thank you for your feedback. The fuel door was bent past the point it should have been causing the hing to not sit on the fuel door correctly. In attempt to save you money, we not only offered you the option of purchasing a new fuel door which would need to be painted, but also removing the fuel door and bending the hing back so it would seat properly. Because you chose to have the hinge bent back, this is the direction we took to resolve your concerns.
