Above and Beyond! My experience with Fuccillo Nissan was fantastic and not at all expected. The back story is I purchased my 2017 Nissian Altima from another area deal My experience with Fuccillo Nissan was fantastic and not at all expected. The back story is I purchased my 2017 Nissian Altima from another area dealership, I have had it for just under a year, and it has 62k miles on it. On a Friday drive from Syracuse to Oswego it was having issues changing gears and then would not go over 25mph. I called AAA had it towed to a local Oswego auto shop and was told that I needed a new transmission that would be around $3800.00 I then reached out to the dealer I bought it from they said they could not help me and suggested I reach out to Nissan directly. I called and spoke to customer service at Nissan who said they could not help me until a certified Nissan Dealer accessed the issues. I was frustrated, however that made complete since and I paid an additional cost to have it towed up to the Fuccillo store. I called and spoke to Matt to let him know that the vehicle would be coming and right away his costumer service was fantastic. After explaining what was going on he asked me to instruct the tow truck driver to ask for him when he arrived. I then received a text message that my car was there and that I could contact that number for status and updates. The following day I heard from Matt explaining that he had looked and inspected the car that he also found there were currently two active recalls on this model. He then explained what was wrong and that it was the valve body not the entire transmission. At this point I waited in baited breath at what the next steps would be and the overall cost. I asked Matt if there was a reference number I should use when I call back the Nissan Customer line...that was when he told me that he had already taken care of that, he had called and was going to be replacing and fixing the car all under Nissan good neighbor policy! I instantly went to tears! I am a single mom of four boys, my 19 year old was waiting to return from college in Chicago, I did not have the money to fly him home and I was depending on my car and limited funds to make that trip. I run a local nonprofit organization, and understand the impacts small deeds make on individuals. What Matt and Nissan did was neither expected or anticipated, and I am forever grateful. This shows me that customer service and going above and beyond is part of the overall service of this dealership and company. The management team and owners should be proud to have staff that make such positive impacts without any expectations in return. Thank you Matt and thank you Nissan for outstanding costumer service! I applaud you ! PS I did bring a box of pasties when I picked up the car just to show my gratitude lol More

Unexpected awesome experience Called on a Saturday afternoon while experiencing scraping sound coming from my rear breaks. I was given an 8:00am appointment that next Monday morni Called on a Saturday afternoon while experiencing scraping sound coming from my rear breaks. I was given an 8:00am appointment that next Monday morning, by 9:00am I had a text message with a video attached explaining item by item of recommended repairs. Shortly after another text message with cost for each item needing repair with a yes or no button. All the work was done by 3:00pm and did I mentioned they provided a ride to work and back to pick up my car. A totally unexpected awesome experiences in car repair. More

My overall service went pretty well I was greated by a very friendly young man. My apologies I forgot his name now. I also received a friendly greeting from Andrew Trembley. I was appreciative of the new video technology used by the service tech. (My suggestion is that technicians hold the cam more steady, and to pause and concentrate on specific under-car components.) In summary, I very much liked the new technology employed and the friendlyness if staff. More
