Not respectful of my time. There was absolutely NO REASON why it should have taken 2 1/2 hours to change the bulbs in the headlights of my Altima. I had called and arranged for There was absolutely NO REASON why it should have taken 2 1/2 hours to change the bulbs in the headlights of my Altima. I had called and arranged for the bulbs to be ready at the parts department when I arrived shortly before my 11:30 appointment. Half an hour later, when I assumed that I was being told my car was ready, I was told that the bumper would need to be removed to do the repair. Since I knew that was not true because I had used the statement from the January 2017 repair to order the lightbulbs, the manager left and came back at least an hour later. This time he said they had lifted the car and found 3 issues on the bottom of the car. I said that I could not do them that day. "Do you need to discuss it with someone?" When I held out, he said that he would type up his notes. Way past the 2 hours since I had arrived at the dealership, he finally returned with the paperwork. I paid, and as I left the driveway, my watch beeped, telling me that it was 2:00. I had arrived before 11:30. More
