Anytime I have ever visited a place to have a vehicle serviced, I always just have to trust what the repair person is telling me...in regard to what’s wrong with my vehicle. Well, Nissans new video inspection that you can receive by text message is awesome. I could see what the issues were from the video recorded under my car and felt like everything mentioned of concern was valid, based on what I was seeing. I’ve always liked this dealerships service but this has elevated it to the next level for me. In addition, Samantha was super helpful and responded to my text messages quickly. She even called me in response to a text to talk me through my estimated costs. Great visit even though I spent much more than I wanted to. More

So close I called early in the afternoon and was able to get an hour later. The woman that in-processed me was courteous and quick. I would have given 5 stars but l received a text stating that the truck was ready just waiting for the paperwork to catch up. I waited close to 30 mins and called. An answering machine responded which after leaving the required info I waited. After 30. mins l called and everything was done, or so l was told. When l got there, l still has to wait for the paperwork. To bad but this inconvenience will not force me to go elsewhere just wish they were a little more honest on the time factor More
