Terrible service as always I’ve had my car for a year and 3 months and barely drive it. I had a little over 3000 miles on it and got an oil change. I was sent multiple coupons f I’ve had my car for a year and 3 months and barely drive it. I had a little over 3000 miles on it and got an oil change. I was sent multiple coupons for a $40 oil change for my 2017 Nissan Sentra, but when I got there was told it would be $80. Since I don’t drive my car often I didn’t get an oil change in the first year and the dealership/service department refused to give me a discount which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that I have little miles on my car so there was no reason for me to get an oil change in the first year so I missed the free oil change. I am only 3 months over the year mark. And why was I sent a coupon for a $40 oil change that specifically stated it was for my 2017 Nissan Sentra when it apparently needs a specific kind of oil and costs double the price? Another lie told by fuccillo Nissan. Won’t be renewing my lease through fuccillo once this one is up due to the terrible service I have continuously received over the past 4 years. More

Your service team ROCKS! Awesome customer service skills! I didn’t wait to pull my car in, I pulled up and pulled my car in we talked about why I was there and they took care Awesome customer service skills! I came in for an oil change and my tire sensor light was on they looked at it came out told me I had a nail in it they could fix it told me the charge and did it while I was there, no scheduling a second appointment.
