Waste of Time Brought the Rogue in for a software update on the front collision detector. I checked in after 2.5 hours to see if it was complete. They said it was not but the tech would start it when he got back from lunch. At this point it was 12:30 and it wouldn't be started until 1PM. I just took the vehicle, I will make an appointment at a different dealer to get the work done. More
Love the service staff and facility My car was broken a month after I bought it from another dealership. I called Nissan addresses my concerns they requested I bring it in for a diagnos My car was broken a month after I bought it from another dealership. I called Nissan addresses my concerns they requested I bring it in for a diagnostic test, told me what they would do and what the cost for this test would be. I brought my car in and they performed the test did a full inspection of my car, having 8 kids I needed this car to be safe and I didn’t want to bring it in again for issues so a full look through my car is what they did. I had my transmission my transmission cooler and the exhaust replaced. They called me walked me through the entire process told me the cost of the repairs before doing anything to my car so I knew what to expect. There wasn’t a time where I didn’t know what was going on with my car. The service team went as far as fixing my fender asking before they did it and didn’t charge me. This company and staff goes out of their way to make sure your happy and they back up the service with their warranty. I love this place and I will never go anywhere with my Nissan. Thank you Nissan for providing me with an amazing experience. I will be back! More
Satisfaction complete I had been looking for the right vehicle. I’ve been driving a company car for 10 yrs. they were most recently Nissan vehicles. After looking at other dealers and makes, I felt right at home when I sat in the Rouge. I could not be happier with all the added value the Rouge presents with.
