Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately your concern was due to the amount of ice on the windshield preventing the wiper from moving. The Nissan product is designed to have the nut loosen to prevent damage of more costly components. Upon your arrival, our staff noticed this, removed the ice, and tightened the nut which resolved your concern.
