Horrible When the car was first purchased not all paperwork was complete. This took 3 visits to complete. I live an hour away from the dealership. The car was brought in to have the add one installed, this took a week(should have taken 2 days max) and when I arrived to pick up my car the starter that was to be installed didn’t even work. I was sent home with the rental again. I went back the next day assured the problem had been addressed. This time the radio didn’t work. As I stated I live an hour away. Finally after about 2 weeks total my car was returned to me working as it should. I will no longer do business with the Clay location, very inconvenient. More

Right from the beginning, was impressed with their facility as well as their staff. Was particularly interested in the new 2019 Nissan Maxima, told our salesman what exterior color and that we especially wanted a contrasting color for the interior. He immediately checked to see if he could find one which he did, and offered to have it there as quickly as he could so we could see it with no obligation on our part. It arrived the next day, and the rest is history. We ultimately negotiated a good deal and are now the owners of a new '19 Max Platinum Reserve that is one incredible vehicle. Our sales rep, Marc, was extremely knowledgeable about his product and went out of his way to make us happy. Vince, the manager of dealership also was very engaging with a wonderful sense of humor and likewise, was very amenable. More
