Nice & Easy! I made an appointment for a free oil change and tire rotation as part of the benefits I received when I purchased my vehicle last January, very easy. I made an appointment for a free oil change and tire rotation as part of the benefits I received when I purchased my vehicle last January, very easy. When I arrived they were ready for me so I pulled into the bay & was greeted by a nice guy that took my information and then he directed me to the service lounge. I had told him that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and shortly after I got settled in the lounge, he came to me & told me that there was a nail in the tire & gave me the price for repairing it. After another 30 minutes, he came back and told me that the car was all set to go. I was very impressed that I didn't have to wait long for service & with the price of repairing the tire. Good job!! More

Best service given at a short notice i am happy with the service, I had been to firestone to fix the service engine soon alert on my dash board, they charged me heavily and were not able i am happy with the service, I had been to firestone to fix the service engine soon alert on my dash board, they charged me heavily and were not able to resolve the issue and also killed my time and money, Atlast had to go to Nissan service center ,the technicians diagnosed the problem and fixed it.and also got an appointment at a short notice and did not have to wait long More
