Amazing time I came to this dealership with the Hope's of a quick turn around for new vehicle service. Was shocked when I received a video of the under carriage of I came to this dealership with the Hope's of a quick turn around for new vehicle service. Was shocked when I received a video of the under carriage of my vehicle and of the technician explaining that the cars is in great shape. Because of that feature and the awesome experience from the service desk of Sam Hall my Nissan Work truck will always come back to this location. I can tell you Sam made my experience with fuccilo painless and easy. More
The people are friendly and concerned when buying a vehicle I told fucillo service dept and the sales person before I purchased the car that the brakes were squeeling and grabbing. I was told the brakes were fine, I believe they said they sanded them down. Whatever that's supposed to mean. The brakes still squeel loud enough for the neighborhood to hear which is embarrassing. My neighbors asked where I bought my car that needs brakes, I don't think that looks to good on fucillos business. I was concerned about the transmission the way it shift's into gear but was told that it's the new ecm or something like that and that's normal. The car still boggs when taking off. The tires look and ride underdinflated, their is a small front end shake. The last time I was at the service dept I asked about the pressure in the tires and I was told they just needed a little air. I don't even know what kind of guarantee I have with my car I wasn't given any information. I sent an email to someone after buying the car with a concern and I didn't receive a email or call back. Anyways I'm not sure if I would buy another vehicle. They are nice and concerned when buying. I just would of liked to be have my concerns corrected or a good answer. I hope I don't have to replace the brakes/transmission because I haven't put many miles on the vehicle. More

I drove a new Rogue, picked a color n took it home that night. Brandon came in on his day off just to meet with me. I have never had issues with Nissan in Clay n their service dept is great also.
