Disappointed I brought my truck in for 4 items, inspection, oil change, remote to be fixed and problem with my backup camera, initially I was told fixing the back I brought my truck in for 4 items, inspection, oil change, remote to be fixed and problem with my backup camera, initially I was told fixing the back up camera would take to long, after the inspection was completed it was suggested that I ha maintenance on the differentials which I agreed to.. After three hours I replied to the text to get an update,, half hour later I went to check and was told they were waiting for the paperwork and he had just received my text. After another half hour I recieved the invoice, when I went to leave I checked the remote and it still didn't work, he changed the battery again and I was informed it would be somewhere between$50 and $ 100+ to replaced. You think in the 4 hours I was there someone could have checked to see if it worked, also could they have looked at the back up camera in the4 hours I was there. After spending 4 hours and about $750 I only got half of what I went out there for. This I the second time I been disappointed with this service department, they did battery service the last time I was there and I got stuck twice when the car wouldn't start due to poor attention to detail. More

Nice experience I’m not looking for an experience when buying a car. It is more of a burden personally speaking.
