Ivy met me at the door and I did a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in.& purchased. Robbie was especially helpful in answering many questions I had & John assisted in the finance. Overall, everyone involved were personable, knowledgeable & professional.. I especially appreciated the fact that everyone was dressed casually (no suits like years ago) & I was comfortable walking thru the door.
