got a call back from Business Development Manager, (same day), who patiently reviewed the details of my contract including pricing, rebates, lease end payments, etc. I am satisfied with his response and impressed with the speed and concern of his answer to my inquiries. Overall experience was very positive here. Sales staff were very friendly, got the car I wanted, and responses to my follow up questions were handled quickly and professionally.
