I came in for an oil change and my tire sensor light was on they looked at it came out told me I had a nail in it they could fix it told me the charge and did it while I was there, no scheduling a second appointment. Terrible service as always I’ve had my car for a year and 3 months and barely drive it. I had a little over 3000 miles on it and got an oil change. I was sent multiple coupons f I’ve had my car for a year and 3 months and barely drive it. I had a little over 3000 miles on it and got an oil change. I was sent multiple coupons for a $40 oil change for my 2017 Nissan Sentra, but when I got there was told it would be $80. Since I don’t drive my car often I didn’t get an oil change in the first year and the dealership/service department refused to give me a discount which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that I have little miles on my car so there was no reason for me to get an oil change in the first year so I missed the free oil change. I am only 3 months over the year mark. And why was I sent a coupon for a $40 oil change that specifically stated it was for my 2017 Nissan Sentra when it apparently needs a specific kind of oil and costs double the price? Another lie told by fuccillo Nissan. Won’t be renewing my lease through fuccillo once this one is up due to the terrible service I have continuously received over the past 4 years. More

Just looking to take your money I went in for a state inspection. I was quoted over 1800.00 dollars in service charges. My vehicle is a 2016 Altima with 17,886 miles. I was told the I went in for a state inspection. I was quoted over 1800.00 dollars in service charges. My vehicle is a 2016 Altima with 17,886 miles. I was told the car failed inspection. I was told I needed new brake pads and new rotors on the front and back of the car. I was also told I needed 4 brand new tires. Again my car only has 17,886 miles. So the service team is just out to take money for there customers. Or the cars has lower quality tires and brakes. I did purchase the car brand new from fuccillo Nissan dealership. After my car failed the state inspection I took it to another company for my inspection. That company a national company passes my car with flying colors. This company stated my car had none of the issues that fuccillo Nissan said it did. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE AND TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I will NOT be buying another car from them ever again. More
