I was told repair under warranty arrived and then informed it was not, unfortunately this is programming issue and can only be done by Nissan. Service manager was inconsiderate. This was not the first time I have had a bad experience there and only bring my vehicle there if my local shop cannot do the repair, as they manage to mess something up each time. Tried to call store manager without success, emailed him with no response. Do not do business here!!! More
Poor service. Rude and unprofessional in every department. There are a couple exceptions who I'm sure will eventually get hired at a better place. I went to have an oil change on my 22 Nissan Pathfinder with 13,500 miles. I hadn’t rotated the tires so I asked them to do it. When I dropped off the vehicle I had zero issues. When I picked it up I notic with 13,500 miles. I hadn’t rotated the tires so I asked them to do it. When I dropped off the vehicle I had zero issues. When I picked it up I noticed there was some brake noise and vibration. I thought maybe just some dirt or dust on the rooters and it would go away. It didn’t! When I called them they said bring the car back which I did and they told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes and there was rust on my rotors. They wouldn’t do anything and now at 14k miles my once perfect Pathfinder has horrible noise and vibration when braking. More

Typical dealership. Not a lot of difference. They used to wash my cars after servicing. Not anymore, apparently. No gift basket after purchase either.
