That experience was enough to keep me coming back for all my service needs. They explained everything in terms I could understand and were very clear and upfront about costs. This visit was just for an oil change. I didn’t get any hard sell on other services ( which I hate) and I was out in a flash! The staff are always friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend this dealership for service and I will definitely look into buying from them next time I am in need. More

I think that it was Ronny who said that they would take care of it and that it would take anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 mins. The work was completed in 55 mins and I was on my way (the radio now works well). I was very happy with the entire encounter. More

When it turned out repairs would probably be too much for me.(and in my opinion not worth it on a 2013 car with over 108,000 miles on it) I decided to trade my car in. Mandela understood that as a single mom I needed something reliable and within my budget. We decided on a great used car with lower mileage but a few little perks for me. Merry Christmas to me!
