Very poor service Waited a long time at service desk to drop off car and get loaner. Drove from university area to and from dealer on a bad snow day and wasted 3 hours Waited a long time at service desk to drop off car and get loaner. Drove from university area to and from dealer on a bad snow day and wasted 3 hours for nothing. Loaner car brought to me covered with ice and snow. Was promised car back Tuesday if I drive out there on my day off and changed plans-didn’t get Car Wednesday. Was told I’d get a call on Tuesday letting me know what was going on-I was never called. Had to cancel appointment on Wednesday cause no car seat in loaner. Found out car was driven to auburn and back for starter. Mileage put on my car and my gas used. Was told if I didn’t return loaner it was $7 per gallon charge. I would never recommend this service center. . I talked to the manager about all this and his answer was more or less”oh”. It’s a shame because buying my car was a great experience. I guess once you’ve bought a car the great experience is over when dealing with the service center. More

Not pleased Drove over an hour to have minor repair on my vehicle which tech at dealer said was just a relay sensor ,with my PTSD which is very difficult for me! Service techs spend maybe 20 minutes checking and fixing my vehicle. Nissan reassured me problem was fixed, half way home discovered the problem was not fixed and even worse . I just purchased the car and haven’t had the vehicle more then three weeks. All I asked was for the dealership to fix the cracked windshield and the vibration with the gear shifting. I’m very disappointed and wish my new vehicle would get fixed , so I can enjoy having my new car. Seneca Falls dealer where I purchased the car paid for the repairs that wasn’t fixed Very unhappy costumer !! Where is the owner of Fuccillo when you need him ?? Also the car seats have a few stains and asked that it be cleaned never had that done either. Very dissatisfied!! I was also told I would have to pay for a loaner car. I don’t understand how purchasing a vehicle could be so much trouble! I’d really appreciate it if the owner of Fuccillo could help make this right for me . I was just trying to buy a car that I could drive to get to my appointments for my PTSD . More

It was my only window of time before the car was leaving Syracuse going back to Rochester, NY so timing was crucial especially this time of year with winter upon us so I was very appreciative that they were able to work me in. Not happy Had to drop my new vehicle off to have undercoating done. Our first snow storm of the season. When the loaner was brought up front covered in snow, I was told sorry we haven’t gathered the snow brushes yet this year. ( really). I was then told to bring the vehicle back with the same amount of gas that’s in it. Not sure why but I asked how much is in it now. Answer under a 1/4 tank. Now I have to brush a car off with my arm to be able to see out the windows and then have to go to get gas to have enough to get home and to work the next morning. Not impressed!! More
